We have almost 50 years of experience in developing innovative water-based additives and dispersions for the polymer, latex, coatings and adhesives industries that enhance our customers’ product performance.

Over 20% of our team are trained chemists with extensive industry knowledge of dispersions, customer applications, and markets.

Meet the Aquaspersions Team

Jason Gyimesi

Sales Director – North America

Prior to joining Aquaspersions in 2022, Jason held various management positions at multi-national chemical companies focused on intermediate specialty chemicals.

Jason’s vast experience includes Commercial Leadership, R&D management, as well as Marketing all focused on the development and implementation of novel, next generation innovative technology.

Working closely with customers, Jason will lead the commercial effort to provide next generation technology to the emulsion and dispersion industry.

Jim Bush

Sales Manager – North America

Prior to joining Aquaspersions, Jim has spent more than 25 years working for large Global companies manufacturing raw materials.

Jim has a strong knowledge experience of Antioxidants and UV Stabilizers used in many different industries such as Plastics, Coatings and Adhesives. During this time, he helped those companies grow their business while working with Owners, CEO’s, purchasing, R&D, production and many others within his customer base.

He is excited to be part of the North American team to help grow the Aquaspersions business in the region.

Mark Vasconcellos

Sales Manager – North America

Prior to joining Aquaspersions, Mark has spent more than 30 years working in the chemical industry encompassing Coatings, Inks, Sealants, Adhesives, Textiles and Paper.

Mark will be working with our team to further develop and implement Aquaspersions sales activities and commercial strategy in North America. A strong focus will be on developing sales into the adhesives and coatings market segments.

Mark looks forward to bringing his in-depth knowledge of raw materials and resin technologies for diverse commercial applications to the Aquaspersions North America sales team.

Dr Alan Bewsher

Group Chief Executive Officer

Alan is Group CEO of Aquaspersions and sits on our board of directors.

Before becoming CEO in 2021, Alan held several senior management positions within the organisation, having joined the business in 2002.

He headed the management buyout of Aquaspersions Group with CBPE Capital (CBPE) and has played a key role in the company’s transformation from family-owned business to one more deeply focused on customers, innovation, sustainability, and higher growth.

Steve Mackenzie 

Group Manufacturing Director

Steve joined Aquaspersions in 2017 as production manager and became the Aquaspersions Group Manufacturing Director in 2021.

He sits on the board of directors and is accountable for global operations, manufacturing performance, plant engineering and has recently been overseeing the company’s expansion efforts, including the build of our new manufacturing facility in Louisiana, USA.
