David is our Group CEO and provides the strategic, financial and operational leadership across Aquaspersions Group, working collaboratively with the Board and senior leadership team. David has over 20 years’ experience of strategic leadership at board level within the chemical, plastics and packaging manufacturing sectors.
His roles over the past 15 years have focused on developing and implementing strategies to deliver increased commercial growth and improve profitability across the UK, Europe, the US and in Asia.
David is our Group CFO and plays a vital role in leading the planning and implementation of the Aquaspersions Group financial strategy. He sits on our board of directors and is accountable for providing strategic leadership to the Group finance teams across all three locations.
David has over 15 years’ experience of leading finance functions within multinationals and SMEs.
Steve joined Aquaspersions in 2017 as our Production Manager and became Aquaspersions Group Manufacturing Director in 2021.
He sits on the board of directors and is accountable for global operations, manufacturing performance, plant engineering and has recently been overseeing our expansion efforts, including the build of our manufacturing facility in Louisiana, USA.
Paul is a PhD Chemist and the Group Technical Director at Aquaspersions, with a strong track record of driving innovation and leading change across global organizations. He has extensive expertise in technology and product strategy, complex portfolio delivery, and guiding sustainable product solutions into highly regulated markets.
Throughout his career, Paul has successfully met ambitious technical, commercial, and financial goals while launching new ventures and supporting business growth. His work spans a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, energy, food and drink, packaging, catalysts, medical devices, personal care, ceramics, and electronics.
With over 35 years of experience in the chemical industry, John has built an extensive background spanning adhesives, coatings, inks, polymers and electronics. His comprehensive knowledge equips him with a unique understanding of technical applications and market dynamics across these sectors.
John is dedicated to driving business development efforts and helping to shape the commercial strategy for Aquaspersions North America. His primary focus is on strengthening the company's presence in the coatings, polymers, rubber, medical glove industries, identifying opportunities and fostering long-term customer relationships.
John is passionate about building strong partnerships by providing insights and solutions that drive innovation and create meaningful benefits for Aquaspersions customers.
Prior to joining Aquaspersions, Mark spent more than 30 years in the chemical industry encompassing coatings, inks, sealants, adhesives, textiles and paper.
Mark is responsible for further developing and implementing Aquaspersions sales activities and commercial strategy in North America. A key focus will be on developing sales in the adhesives and coatings markets.
Mark brings in-depth knowledge of raw materials and resin technologies for diverse commercial applications to the Aquaspersions North America sale team.
Lucy is our Group HR Director and a member of the senior leadership team working across all three sites to implement the strategic HR priorities for the Group.
Lucy is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function which includes HR Generalist team, Recruitment, Business Support, Organisational Development, Staff Health and Wellbeing, Occupational Health, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
Lucy has over 20 years’ HR experience across many sectors including manufacturing, FMCG, engineering and utilities.
