AQUAREZ®BIO DP678-65

AQUAREZ®BIO DP678-65 is a water-based biopolymer dispersion. The polymers are certified compostable and biodegradable. It is designed to provide water, water vapour, and grease resistance, along with heat seal adhesion. It is suitable for use without additional formulation, or as the base for a water-based barrier coating formulation.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE

AQUAREZ®BIO DP678-65 is formulated and ready to be coated as supplied. The product is typically applied by flexo or gravure at a rate of 2 – 10gsm depending on substrate characteristics. Forced air drying at 140ºC typically results in good film formulation (oven temperature varies based on oven length and dwell time).
